my digging on this subject

I did check with SIPCOT, and there is no plan of acquisition of this property (as of now!). The real estate agents are spreading all kinds of rumours in the market.

My plot is in Part 2.

The development in Sriperumbudhur has been very good, but this particular property is not. i think its manly because many the people who bought land in this layout don't live in chennai now. Also we are all invested in this property thinking long term and not to stay in here. So no one is taking any efforts on this.

All of us want the area and property to develop automatically and expect to get offers left, right and center. then we would pick the best price and sell it off. I think this is too far fetched.

We also dont have time to look into this as the value is not very high.

I can do some work on this if any of you come forward and offer some solutions or ideas in this regard.
